Worldwide shipping:

  • Packages will be sent with DHL
  • International returns are subject to a fee of €50
  • For piercings, there may be an additional cleaning fee of €10 if returned
  • We cover all customs charges for parcels sent to you
  • Your package is insured to the point of delivery
  • We cannot guarantee that your parcel will not be held up in customs.
  • Please note that there are certain countries that we are not allowed to ship to due to international regulations which can change at any time. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund your order in full.

Does my order need to be signed for?

Yes. Because our items are high in value, we want to make sure that you receive your items safely. We therefore need you to sign for your items. If you are not home to sign for your items, this may cause a delay. We hope that you understand that this is necessary to ensure the safe receipt of your items.

How do I track my order?

When we have shipped your order we will send you an email with a tracking number for the courier used for your order.

Do you ship internationally?
