• Delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg is free
• Our delivery time is 2-3 working days within the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxemburg for items that are in stock 
• If items are not in stock, delivery time is approximately 4 weeks
• All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. If you are not in to sign for your parcel there might be a delay to you receiving your item
• All deliveries arrive with a Culet Jewellery box and keepsake jewellery pouch
• If your order arrives damaged or you suspect the package has been interfered with, please take photos of the parcel as it has arrived and contact us as soon as possible. We may need more information so please make sure you assist us in providing this.

• Your package is insured to the point of delivery

Worldwide shipping:

• Shipping is free
• Packages will be sent with DHL
• International returns are subject to a fee of €50
• For piercings, there may be an additional cleaning fee of €10 if returned
• We cover all customs charges for parcels sent to you
• Your package is insured to the point of delivery
• We cannot guarantee that your parcel will not be held up in customs.
• Please note that there are certain countries that we are not allowed to ship to due to international regulations which can change at any time. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund your order in full.

Does my order need to be signed for?

Yes. Because our items are high in value, we want to make sure that you receive your items safely. We therefore need you to sign for your items. If you are not home to sign for your items, this may cause a delay. We hope that you understand that this is necessary to ensure the safe receipt of your items.

How do I track my order?

When we have shipped your order we will send you an email with a tracking number for the courier used for your order.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship internationally using DHL. International shipping is free, although please note that we charge a fee for international returns of €50. We cover all customs charges for parcels sent to you. We cannot guarantee that your parcel will not be held up in customs.
